Associazione Gilda Cersosimo OdV is a Non-Profit Voluntary Organization of Social Utility with its registered office in Turin duly registered with the Agenzia delle Entrate, Regional Directorate of Piedmont. All donations made through payment systems such as: Satispay and bank transfer.

For individuals: liberal donations in cash or in kind in an amount not exceeding €30,000 allow a deduction from gross tax equal to 30 percent of the donation made (Art. 83 co. 1 Legislative Decree 117/2017). Gifts in cash or in kind are deductible up to 10 percent of total income. The excess may be deducted from the total income of subsequent tax periods, but not beyond the fourth, up to the amount of the excess (Art. 83 c 2 Legislative Decree 117/2017)

For businesses: gifts in cash or in kind are deductible up to 10 percent of total income. The excess may be deducted from the total income of subsequent tax periods, but no more than the fourth, up to its full amount (Art. 83 c 2 Legislative Decree 117/2017) In addition, liberal cash disbursements specifically intended for the conduct and promotion of research activities may be deducted in full from one's income (Art. 1, c 353 et seq., L 266/05 and implementing DPCMs).
